Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, whether you want to exchange the product or get a refund. The product(s) you wish to return must be in perfect condition, unworn or unused, with all the original packaging and components.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we will process your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or we will ship the requested product. 

Please note that it can take 3 to 10 business days from sending the return package until it has been received and processed by our customer service team. After your return is processed, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed or for you to receive a new product. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are unable to offer a free exchange or returns service for our customers. If you want to return a product, you will need to bear the shipping cost of returning the original item(s) back to AMARI. Thank you for your understanding!

Below you will find the steps to return

Step 1: Get the return form.

Send an email to or contact us here with the message that you want to return or exchange your order, don't forget to mention your order number. We will then send you a return form that has to be filled in completely.

Step 2: Send your order.

Send the item(s) together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a track & trace code. As a sender, you are responsible for the shipment and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount or a new product.

When we have received and inspected your return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account or a new product will be sent within 5-10 business days.

Please note that the product(s) must be in perfect condition, with all the original packaging and components. Otherwise we cannot process the return. 

Damages or issues
Please inspect your order once you received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
